On Ramp

9 Classes taught in sequence over 3 weeks. Starts at beginning of every month.

WOD Class

Workout of the day performed in class. WODS run by coaches.

Lunchtime WOD

Same as a regular WOD class coach led but with the flexibility for you to get your workout done between 12pm and 2pm and still have time to get back to work!!

Open Gym

Time where you can catch up on a missed WOD, work your weakness, hit a main site WOD, do some mobility work – the choice is yours.

O-Lifting

Class dedicated to the Olympic lifts aka the RCFV Barbell Club. Come and learn the two fastest lifts and the skills and drills needed to perform them successfully, based on Coach Burgeners methods.

CrossFit Kids
