NEW SITE UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Guys the blog www.blog.reebokcrossfitvelocity.com will no longer be used. I am currently working on a new site based of the www.reebokcrossfitvelocity.com URL. It will contain a blog and will basically be a slicker version. Until then please just check FB for the daily WOD. When the new site goes live it will be easier for EVERYONE to sign up to so they can comment on their performance each day. The current version has a number of bugs that make this difficult.
