The Bear Complex

5 Sets of 7 reps of the following barbell complex:

One power clean, one front squat, one push press or push jerk, one back squat, one behind the neck push press or push jerk.  All 7 reps must be completed without resting/regripping on the floor.

Load sets progressively.
