Every Minute On The Minute for 20 Minutes:

2 X Heavy Squat Clean (you will have time at the start of class to progressively load)

Once finished:

4 X 300m Run – Rest 1 Minute between runs.

  2. 80kg straight through. Previous squat clean was only 60kg for singles. Super chuffed with that. And bouncin with my muscle ups too!!!
