    5&8, 5&8, 3&8 with a white band for dips

  2. 120,140,160×1,150,140, 140,140 did the super sets straight after and between squats. Can’t remember the scores.

    Amazing weekend. It made me realise how good the coaching is at RCFC, we are proper spoilt. Talking to others from around UK and further afield they don’t get anywhere near the quality of coaches we have.
