A) 10 x 2 Front Squat with a 3 second pause at the bottom of each rep
B) 15 minutes skill work – pick a weakness and work it.

    90-95-100-100-105-105-105-107(1)-105(1)-100 i think i have to remember to turn my knees out :). enjoyed this morning was definetly harder with the three second pause.
