Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

  1. Uh. I think you’ll find Chad had nothing on any of us at 6:30 this morning!
    Failed the 12’s at 50kg last time.
    Completed at 55kg this time.
    So happy.
    Still horrific though and I’ve got a lovely egg on my collarbone.

    50k and felt good gong heavier and heavier next time :)

  3. 70kg straight through.
    65last time. Felt good, struggle with grip more than anything. 8 unbroken in the 15 and 12’s before resting at the hip crease. Then 1’s and 2’s.

  4. 30kg last time in Jan, did 40kg with this wod could of gone 45kg but still easing shoulders back into weights not going to heavy early on.

    went 50 kg last time I did this went 65kg and felt good might go for 70kg next time. Really good atmosphere this morning.
