    Went light on the snatch though. 40kg.
    Lovely morning for it though!

  2. 3 rounds of the 400m completed. Subbecd run for row which made my already poor dips even worse!

    4 rnds and 248 meters 40 kg and red band dips , enjoyed :)

  7. round 4 complete did’nt start the 500m 50kg and thin band dips(plus a massivw whip to the chest )
