I want to offer you a challenge…….how many of you have been doing CrossFit for over 12 months now and still have not developed a full press up? (Or push up as our US friends say).
Watch this video and then Part 2 and Part 3 and work your press ups. Everyone in RCFV should be able to perform this fundamental gymnastic movement. Practice – and the best thing is you can do this anywhere!!!
