  1. 100kg x3 (10)
    Tabatta Row instead of DU’s. 892 meters I think. It’s on the board.

  2. Pause cleans
    Failed on 90kg twisting my thumbs. Need to work better technique and bailing out.

    ran out of time sets 9&10

    Pause squat clean- worked up to 60kg for 3 then…
    10 min omem- 3 pause squat clean followed by another full squat clean, stayed at 60kg. failed 2 of the 2nd reps out of 10 sets, bloody tough but brilliant.

  5. Pause clean – 90kg felt good

    OMEM – 85kg for 4 mins, 80kg for 6 mins

    82.5-82.5-85-85-90-95-100 ran out of time

    DU’s – 17 on the first set not happy! Rest were 25+

  6. 90kg on front squat 3 x10
    tabata total reps 69

  7. 60kg front squat 3 x 10
    did some prowler runs with Penny, Scott & Carley
    just prowler, 20kg, 40kg, 60kg x 3
