    First set 5 rds, second set 4 rds and 2 hsc. Handstands started ok with 58 secs but went seriously downhill, which included collapsing on my head in the second set.

    Not a fan of being upside down.
    1.30- 5rds & 2 dips- 51s- 5rds- 56s (thin band/ 40kg)
