With a running clock perform the following 5 couplets. Rest exactly 2 minutes after each couplet.
Run 400m / 20 Pull Ups
Run 400m / 40 Burpees
Run 400m / 60 KB Swings 24/16kg
Run 400m / 80 Walking Lunge Steps
Run 400m / 100 Sit Ups

    Great wod, would liked to have done it alongside someone, rather than my own, however it was good to push myself.

    suprised myself with unbroken situps ( with an upside down ab mat as Terri pointed out ! )

    managed to do sit ups unbroken at the end
