WOD
AMRAP 20 Mins:
Run 800m
21 Double Unders
15 Thrusters 40/30kg
9 Box jump over 24/20in
1 Rope Ascent 15ft

  1. 2 rounds + 800m and 5 double unders. was so knackered forgot to write it on the board this morning(must remeber not to have curry and beer the night before training)
