  4. So apprently my comment didn’t all go up.
    Worked up to a 180×3 touch and go. 1 rep at 190.
    WOD – 5Rnds, 6 Deadlifts, 2 HSPU RX.
    Deadlifts were fine HSPU’s are slow!

    3 RDS + 9 reps ( first time doing full hspu without a mat first two rounds good form not so after )

  7. 120 on the DL. Trying my very best to try and get a decent technique! Slow graft though!!

    5rounds 2HSPU’s rx hardly broke a sweat but was again trying to make sure DL tekkers were good. I will get there one day!
