30 Min AMRAP

PARTNER WOD – Each partner does 15 reps of the sequence below making the 30 reps in total. Partner a must complete 15reps before Partner B completes theirs.

30 Wall Ball – while partner holds bottom of squat
30 Push Ups – While partner holds plank position
30 pullups – While partner holds top of pullup
300 run – Each partner runs the whole 300m Run

    • worst I have ever felt after a wod. Leights you carried me through that from round 3. terrible. I’m having a great slump in form at the moment, roll on 13.2.
