20 min AMRAP
Teams of 3 or 4
2 rope climbs
10 Alternating Pistols
10 Push Ups
20 Overhead Lunge 20/10kg
All start on different stations and work together but you can’t move to next station until all have finished at current one. Score is number of rounds and reps completed.

  1. Great Atmosphere this morning…really enjoyed it!! No idea how many rounds but Lozza was the Cone monitor so she’ll know.
