How to Register For the 2013 CrossFit Open

There are a load of names on the board but only 11 show up as registered on the Games site.  In case you did not realise you have to a register online for the Open.  Here is a guide:


  1. 20kg kettle bell / 8 rounds + 1 pull up
    first time that i’ve used my butterfly / kipping pull ups in a WOD :)
