  1. Have never felt this close to pukie. Felt like I was going to pass out a few times and was really glad for the long walk zombie walk to the pullup rig from my bar.
    – lots of scaling and still one of the toughest I have done
    scaled hspu, 35kg thrusters, 80kg deads 31:33

    apologies for all the grunting.. can’t quite seem to lift without making noise.

  2. 29:41. Scaled Deadlift to 80kg due to tight back!! and thrusters to 50kg. Felt good form throughout. Brutal wod.
