    Failed to get 180 off the ground 8/1/13
    Chuffed with progress!
    Took Tezza’s RX/FB option,
    4 rounds/7 TTB/7 Press-ups/14 DL/7Box Jumps.
    Box jumps really slowed it up for me and a lack of rhythm on TTB. Getting there though!

  5. Strength work not worth talking about. Tried working tekkers. Failed miserably.

  8. Enjoyed the session although full of trepidation at the beginning. DL 60/70/75/80kg (pb). WOD 4 rds + 7 BJ (40kg). Even ttb improving.
