WOD

A) Push Press 2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2

B) 20 Minutes on the clock.

Even Minutes – perform 5 power cleans (weight heavy but manageable)
Odd Minutes – perform 5 ring dips

    Push jerked the 75, I can’t help it at the heavier weight.

    60 kg pc and went to 3 dips after 8 minutes

    70-80-90-100-110-115(2)
    70-80-85-80-80-80

    Push Press
    70-80-85-90-70×5 (didnt feel comfortable at all tonight)

    PC and Dips
    85kg x 3 rounds Rest @80kg (form was poor at 85)
    Dips on thin band.
    Extra round of both too coz Gbemi can’t count! 😉

    Power cleans at 85kg, form poor.

    50-50-50-50-50 new PB so wanted to work on form.

    PC @ 50kg new PB, blue band ring dips

    85 for the cleans. Didnt feel great

    50kg pp new pb!!
    Power Cleans, 1st set @ 52.5, rest @ 50kg/ used thin band for dips all unbroken.
