  1. 80kg x 5. 18 rnds 17 for the shuttle.

  2. 100,110,110,115,115 deadlift 5×5 ( probably should of done another 115 but pushed for time).
    15 rd’s for death by 10m shuttle ( again pulled out as time was running down but don’t think i could of managed many more anyway)

  3. 15 rounds on death by 10m – breathing was a big issue, blocked noses suck!!
    100-110-115-120-125 / should have gone a little heavier, 125 was heavy but felt good.

  4. 100-110-120-130(2 and 3 with fingertip help)-120(3 and 2 fingertip)

    13 and 11 for the death by 15m
