    All ok up until the HSPU’s.
    First 10 RX then had to scale to 1 abmat!
    Find it hard to get a consistant hand placement that works for me!
    Pull ups and HSPU’s really slowed me down, managed 12 pull ups unbroken which is a pb, but then chipped away!
    Plenty of work to do!

    20.33 hspus used 1 abmat. never thought 30 was poss for me, happy days. pullups are still messy-goat!

    21:30 – 20kg kettle bell
    24″ box HSPUs – happy with time, burpees were a chipper, need to work on shoulder strength for HSPU technique :)
