  1. brain dead this am. Had 133 previously, today 127. Proof at 0630 you are 4.5% weaker.

  2. 8/25, 7/24, 6/21, 3/21, 6/23.

    Happy with pull ups, not happy with Bench (90k). Triceps gave in first.

  4. 21/30,18/26,13/21,12/17,11/17. Total 186. Pull ups much better than last time I did this.

    Chuffed with bench. Defo should have had more on the pus. Need to re-adjust the grip mid pull.
