  1. started with 50kg but was hyper extending on the push jerk so dropped down to 45kg; tech better and a killer of a work out! enjoyed though! 11.16

  2. 14.40 70kg dl, 60kg hnag clean and push jerk, me technique was pretty poor with 70kg on the hang and push jerk so dropped to 60 kg was still a hanging wod !

  3. 12.36 for me. First one back after 9 days off ill. Felt hanging but minute PB
