Then mark out your split and practice hitting the positon with a PVC from behind the neck.
Do not forget your training diaries.

Jerk behind the neck – heavy single;
80% of HS x 1 x 3
Power snatch – 65% x 3 x 5
Push Press – 70% x 5 x 3

1) With a partner AMRAP 8mins Wallball 9/7kg (one working at a time)

2) Tabata Handstand holds (against the wall)
