Don’t put the KB down!

Complete as many Kettlebell Swings (24kg/16kg) as possible in 20 mins.

Every time the KB is put down, you must complete 15 reps of DB Push Press (20kg/15kg), and a 300m run before continuing with the swings.

Record total reps of KB Swings and the number of runs completed
