  1. 11 rd’s + 2Kb swings (scaled to transition MU, and 2abmat hspu) twinged my back coming down from first hspu but went through steady after that.

    Only managed 8 Rds with one Ab mat in May so happy with the progress.

  3. 14 rds 2 hspu. Muscle up transitions and 1 abmat scaling

    Chuffed as an improvement from may :)
