    Really poor timings on first round of Dish to Arch. Got into a real good rhythm on the last though.
    Really enjoyed this one, different to any WOD i’ve done.

  4. ?(lost concentration),40,5,5,35,35. Enjoyed the wod. Different.

  5. 42,35,5,4,25,38 was really enjoyable this morning especially happy with the rope climbs.
