  1. 6 Rds 5 BS @80kg
    Shoulders were fried on HSPU’s.
    Bit disappointed.

  2. 12 rnds @60kg. Maybe shud av opted for 65 or 70kg.

  3. 4 rds 6 hspu; 65kg; hspu rx. Hspu left me quickly…..a very frustrating process…..saying that my legs were dead too….dun enough quatting this last 2 days to last me the week!!!

  4. 6 rounds rx after some box squats, deads and sled pushes so I’ll take that!

  5. 7 rounds 5 squats. 60kg/ 1 abmat.
    Possibly could have gone heavier on squats but enjoyed

  6. 6 rd’s + 5 back squat, scaled to 2 ab mats and 5 hspu per round.

  7. 6 rd’s + 5 back squat 80kg , scaled to 2 ab mats and 5 hspu per round.
