  4. 19.17, had to swap sit ups for back extensions as couldnt put weight on my back! The rest Rx…..a good wod…pull ups nasty though!! hands in bits :O

    30.30 rx forgot to take 2mins off as started 2nd. Bad time but just glad I managed all pull ups despite ripping hands. Very sore and very tough on hands.
