    Needed a good one after yesterday’s disappointment.

  2. Really hard for me after a week off struggled
    18min with 15k rest Rx (ish)

  3. 9.57, did 10kg and clear thin band…..a killer on the forearms

  4. 17.03 I think, struggled. ring dips and ttb are major weaknesses to work on. This wod was a reality check for me!

  5. 14.15 (jumping ring dips and mostly ttb but 20kg db’s)
