  3. Avoided running cos of the knee. 5k row instead 20:21.

  4. could’nt make it sunday so glad to have a crack at this on monday morning. weather was awesome for running in the morning(although i hate running) well chuffed with my time 25.02 (last time 27.44) 3 minute improvement and all i do is crossfit!

    22:38. I haven’t run for a while so I am relatively please with it. I believe on the flat, with the wind in my back minus the extra length of the track to get an accurate 5 k. I might have done sub 22. We will never know.
