  1. 6.07(scaled to 2 low ring rows and 2 high ring dips per mu)still trying to get that mu technique :)

  2. 10:50 with 1,2,3,3 + (1 no lock out), 3+ (2 no chance getting through those rings)
    GHD situps were more of an annoyance than anything :)
    transitions are slowly getting better

    missed wodding with the am crew today.
