Please remember movement standards on this!!!! The SQUAT IS HIP CREASE BELOW KNEE AND AT THE TOP FULL HIP EXTENSION. PULL UP THE CHIN MUST CLEAR THE BAR AND NO SAGGY BACK PRESS UPS CHEST AND THIGHS TOUCH AT BOTTOM AND FULL ELBOW EXTENSION AT THE TOP. PERFORM YOUR WOD WITH INTEGRITY.

  1. 15 reps ( all good but press ups definitely snaking at the end)

  2. 14 rounds and 2 pull ups. Struggled on the press ups but tried to keep form good

  3. 17 wearing weighted vest, hard to breath wearing it

    My score last time was 13 rds with not many legit pull-ups so happy with the progress!

  7. 13 rds + 5 press ups. New pb so landed. Pull ups and squats went like a dream press ups not so much! Prob due to 150 burpees yesterday!!
    Great buzz tonight lots of pbs. Well done Nicky smashed it!!

  8. 17 rounds + 4 push ups. I second Fieldy- never dreaded coming off the pull up bar so much. Pb by over 1 round.
    Can’t imagine a weighted vest Si – nice work.

  9. 19 rounds + 3 press ups. Blower!
