    Back squats and Bench in open gym

    WOD – 11:14 with 3 mu in first two rounds and 7 attempts in last (3 weren’t locked out in dip) I heard Des’ little voice in my head “challenge yourself Terri” so went for the 7 on last round.
    blue band pistols and got my rebounding bj’s back.

  3. 6.43, muscle up transitions…..tried to concentrated on the pull and not use my legs and tried to ring dip strict, elbows aching so must have done something!!!!!!!! did 24 box and rx pistols! a good wod just wish I could do muscle ups!!!!! grrrrr!!!!!!!!
