WOD

1) 6 minute AMRAP ascending ladder of:
Burpee Box Jump 20″
Wall ball 9/7kg
Toes to bar
(1 rep of each movement, 2 of each, 3 of each etc)

2) Establish a 1rm back squat

Post number on ladder reached and 1RM to commments

    OTMEM for 10 mins 1 rope climb. Have never done this many in one wod! 8,9,10 were killers! But chuffed I did it. Sore arms maybe should of done back squat
