Sorry for the lack of posts over the weekend I was on lockdown Saturday and was not allowed any contact with the outside world!!! – Lets just say things were a little bit hectic!!
I will post the WODS from Sat and Sun along with today’s WOD all in the one post.

Saturday
For Time:
21-15-9
Deadlift 100/70kg
Run 400m

Sunday
In 10 minutes run 1 mile and in the remaining time AMRAP 10mins OHS 60/40kg.

Today:
5 Rounds For Time:
10 Power Cleans 60/40kg
10 Burpees
