    55 was my last PB on Snatch so gonna have to do this again soon.

    Clean – 70kg

  3. really enjoyed tonight…..had some good tips which helped my technique and my squat snatch felt for stable than ever…..hope I remember what to do next session!!!

    squat snatch – 30 -30-30-32.5 for remaining 5

    squat clean – 45 – 50 for 4; 52.5 for 3

    the quickest ive ever felt getting under the bar

  4. Snatch: 8 * 25kg which is the heaviest I’ve ever snatched, never tried a 1RPM.

    Clean: 8 * 30kg plus 1 @ 35kg just to see if I could. So frustrating that I can power clean 40kg no problem but can’t squat clean it! Note to self: work on my front squat!

    Haven’t done squat clean or snatch for a long time so had no idea what my pb was. Enjoyed the session defo got more in the tank so going to do more teckers and try again
