“Fight Gone Bad!”

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 9/7kg ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 30/20kg (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 30/20kg (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    Even though 307 was a pb, looking everyone else that was a bad day in the office. I guess it was 2 rounds too many today for me.

  2. 368 rx for me. Only a 2 rep PB but a PB and after the few months of shit performances il take that all day!

    348 pb. Previous scores of 255 and 275. Wanted to get 300 and smashed it, frothing!

  6. great scores on the board, huge numbers. mine on the other hand were small but a pb all the same of 300.

  7. 1st time of FGB. 296. gutted didn’t get 300 defo not putting bar down early next time!
