    HSPU’s on one abmat which is progress.
    Other than that RX. Did do TTB to a lower bar, Jaff seems to think that is harder but relatively happy for an a.m sesh.

  6. Did the WOD and didn’t record my times. Plum!! 4:46 I think on first round, 6 something on second and 3:16 on third. I’ll confirm times tomorrow.

    Didn’t record times – Tezza if you could take a pic before clearing the board it would be handy.
