WOW – this blow’s my mind!! Rich Froning just learns a complex skill in a matter of minutes and then performs it in a workout. Testament to CrossFit’s ability to develop broad, general fitness that can lend itself to help accomplish any physical task!! Dan Bailey does pretty well also – but Froning just nails it!! I have never seen such a well rounded athlete he C&J’s 160kg among other amazing physical accomplishments!! – This is the fittest man alive no doubt.
