5 Rounds of 7 reps of the sequence:
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 STOH
1 Back Squat
1 STOH

Hands must not come off the bar during a round.
Only touch and go permitted
You can reduce weight between rounds but you cannot add weight. What am I saying….START HEAVY.

    First bear complex session ever so I’ve now got a target to beat next time.
