Due to the success of the two outdoor WODs last weekend, we are holding another one today (Sunday 19th August) on Swansea Bay Beach.  The plan is to meet in the little car park on the beach side of the road opposite Sketty Lane, University playing fields at 11am sharp.  The forecast looks a little bit dodgy but it will still be warm and the general consensus was to go for it whatever the weather (and Frew is a bad ass)!  So we are running with it.


Five rounds of:
* Bear crawl 100 feet
* Standing broad-jump, 100 feet
Do three Burpees after every five broad-jumps. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armour, wear it.

    7:48, shoulders smoked from bear crawls.

    Next time I will do it with a weights vest.

  2. 8:26 – great way to clear a muggy head. Felt like I’d been kicked in the top of my glutes next day though.

    Big hand to Bamf doing it in the weighted vest – looked brutal.
