Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets.

  1. 55-60-65-70-75(pb)-80(fail) very happy.
    80-85-90-95-100(previous pb, fail)
    100-105-110-115(5kg below previous pb, fail)

  2. 50-60-70-80(f)-80 ( first time doin OH squats) quite happy.
    60-80-90-100-110( should have gone heavier earlier)
    80-100-120-130-150(f) second weighted squat session in 2 odd years so quite happy overall.

    O/H finished on 17kg-really pleased as just used the 7kg bar last time.
    Front- think it was about 35
    Back-40.
    Taking it easy today as been ill.
    Massive thanks to Karl, had some great pointers and I’m liking the low back squats. Cheers dude :-)

    PB in everything, haven’t gone OHS heavy since DWF where I made 85×3 either. Front squat up 5kilos

    No PBs but went a tiny bit narrower with feet on FS
