CrossFit Level Test

I printed this off and posted it up on the whiteboard. Basically CrossFit Seattle devised it and it has been refined and added to by CrossFit LA and CrossFit Portland. It is not an official CrossFit document but I think it may be helpful to a few of you as a way of pin pointing some areas to work on. It also gives you some sense of where you are now in terms of your development – which sometimes can be hard to do with the diversity of skills and movements we use. Remember we are trying to be “well rounded”.

Level 1 – Beginner
Level 2 – Intermediate
Level 3 – Advanced
Level 4 – Elite
