    Happy with tonight new pb by 20kg on front squat, it felt much stronger tonight and I finally feel as if my hip and shoulder flexibility is getting better

    60-70-80-90-100 didnt do the last Set as my back started to give me some jip

    Did kipping pullups which are starting to feel easier aswell :-)

    then for pull ups 10-15-20-25-30
    did some weighted muscle ups too
