    Bloody hell that was one hell of a wod. Defo wod drunk off that!!
    Really need to work on my strokes, I was concentrating too much on spm. Need to use hips & legs correctly and have more power rather than feel the need for speed :-)

    1:39-1:43-1:44-1:45-1:44 chuffed with consistency but form went to pot in last 250m stretches. Was compressing too much on the return before the catch will work on it, Cheers terri.
