Guys and Gals, if you can please try and put all kit away after use (even the tiddly wink 2.5kgs) as it is a massive help for whichever coach is on duty. I know sometimes we are all a little ‘WOD drunk’ at the end of a workout and may forget but there is no excuse after a bench press strength session.  I have been reliably informed that the far bench belongs to Miss Penny Leeder and the near one Mr Chris Fender (worse than his little bro I tell you)!
