    Only ever done this movement once before in my life, always thought it was not for girls :-/
    Felt a little strange, good trying something different though.

    then did 7rds for time of
    15kb swings @ 24kg, 15 power cleans @ 40kg, 15 box jumps 24 inch

    Pb by 5kg in 3 weeks, shoulder felt dodgy though!
