Aren’t you glad we don’t coach like this!!!!

Hope everyone has a great Bank Holiday weekend. I am working in Germany over the weekend and Nick is away on tour so I am going to post up Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays WOD’s. Normally if one of us is away we will set an auto post but for some reason it is not working correctly. So I will still do this, but just in case here is a sneak peak of the next few days:

    Very disappointed with MUs, all singles and had to fight for every rep. After doing 61 a fortnight ago in (two WODs) and unbroken 7 after 150 Wall Ball DUs during the open I was very annoyed this morning.

    Goodluck, lets see some scores sub20 on this (Rx or scaled).

    I hope the coaches don’t mind but I have left my tacky rings out, feel free to use them but don’t abuse them (C. Fender!)

    13:33 on sunday with 24kg kb and kipping pull up. well chuffed to get 30 kipping pull ups out today first time in a wod!
